Six month ago I was a Recon Team Leader with the Scouts 2/327 INF "No Slack" 1011st ABN DIV. We were deployed in and around Samarra, Iraq in support of Operation Irag Freedom. While conducting an area recon to locate future hide site to use for small kill team missions I was wounded. Just recently the doctors said that I could start to go to the range again and shoot. I'v been looking at taking a position as an RI (Ranger Insturctor at the Army Ranger School). I discovered that DLS makes a great pistol.

I work for the Sherrif's Office in Phoenix, AZ and have purchased a Quad Magazine Pouch from Blade-Tech and it's not standing up to the daily use. I'm also a Firearms Instructor. I am not happy with the mag pouch from Blade-Tech and do not want to recommend their products to officers. Your D&L Quad pouches look more durable.

I just wanted to let you know that I brought out my D&L AR while I was teaching a two day rifle class. Two of the cops that I work with had their check books in hand. I told them Hell No. Dave, your gun really sets the bar so high I don't think anyone can touch it. Your D&L Iron Sight is so fast and accurate, the SWAT boys can't keep up with a has been like me. |

We received the D&L Pro Model pistol and had a chance to fire it before having to go overseas at the last minute for work. It is a flawless weapon and the custom display case is fantastic. We thank you for the excellent craftsmanship and for getting it out so quickly. |

I am seriously interested inbuying more D&L extreme duty magazines from your company. One, because they are the most reliable that I have seen. Two, because I still have 2+ years left on my contract, and more than likely, my next deployment will be to Afghanistan. And I would rather put my life and the lives of the Marines around me while I'm there in faith of your magazines rather than the pieces of shit that the armory issues us. |

Sorry I have been out of the net on missions. Can't go into details but things are going better than planned. So far we have tested the D&L Carbine with the 55Gr, 62Gr and the new 77Gr Black Hills. It has functioned flawlessly in all of the tests. Everyone loves how clean it stays even after 500 rounds. We have kept a log and the gun is at 2400+ rounds and we have had zero malfunctions. The temp got down to -5 the other night and it fired flawlessly. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to work with such fine equipment.

I put 900 rounds through your D&L extreme duty AR-15 mags on the Combat Marksmanship tables 3 and 4 through multiple relays. It was funny actually. It rained all day and night and I had no time to clean my M16A4. A good deal of other people started to have double feeds and I just kept hammering away. The only differentce between my gear and theirs was my D&L mags. I still have yet to have a malfunction with your mags in 3 different issued weapons. Two 16's and an M4. Not even an immediate action drill. Very impressive. I refuse to get anything but the best and the best airn't cheap.

I wanted to say thank you for the effort you put out to supply quality equipment to the troops (and to those of us on the private side). I love the front pocket knife — great design idea. Air Marshal Program could use that. The scope is a work of art. The D&L reticle is brain-dead easy to operate. |

I had time to take the pistol out to the range yesterday. We were doing some CQB drills with some FBI and SWAT friends in NJ. The 45 worked smoothly. No arguments from anyone that fired the D&L 45s or ARs. The guns were fantastic. |
