There are many choices of gas blocks and adjustable gas blocks on the market today. The DLS gas block is different because it combines multiple important features into one low profile, compact, steel gas block. For both .750" and .625" OD barrels (at the gas port area).

The DLS gas block has a locator port at the top of the block to assure proper alignment with the gas port in the barrel. No more guesswork.

The block has dual cross clamp bolts across the bottom of the block to assure a complete gas seal. No more gas leaks like set screw models.

There is also enough room at the bottom of the block to skillfully install a solid cross pin to assure the block will not move forward over time. No more gas port blockage.

The block is adjustable for gas flow so the rifle can be tuned and balanced for various ammo and components. Then that setting can be locked in place. No more misadjustment due to a walking gas setting screw.

All of this in a very light, compact, steel block.
